Nice video. Thanks. Another option for making sure that the hinge is installed “straight” is to use a tri-square, or any square that is long enough to reach the hinge. Just hold the square against the top/bottom of the door and the long edge of the hinge. The hinge will straighten up almost by itself. Hold the hinge against the square and drill the holes. No marking necessary.

Thanks for the tips. A stop block would save a lot of marking up with the gauges and lining up the doors, especially if you have a lot of doors to do. Your use of a fence to set the distance from the side edge of the door is a great idea, now add a stop block for the tops and bottoms. Once your first door is clamped where you want it, add a stop block to the right side of the table. Bore one hole in *all* of your doors, then move the stop block to the left and bore all the other holes. You only have to mark one door since the fence and stop block will position all the other doors for you.

I am going to order this, and a ton of people on Amazon said there is not enough oil to fill halfway (the pump holds 250ml) and the Amazon site doesn't tell how much oil is included in the bottle. Now i know it's 250ml. Everything looks of a decent quality. This is the only sub $200 pump and chamber combo with mostly positive reviews, and your video helps to get an idea of the care in packaging and product quality. Much appreciated. 👍🏽

I was looking for some ideas to make a running medal rack for my misses, and found this. I like and prefer your design so will be sort of copying it but will be making the back to the shelf a bit higher to fit the photos. So thank you for showing and the walk through. Great video Iv owner this router four only six weeks went to use it yesterday and had the same problem but even worse! The lock isn’t even stoping the cutter from moving so I can’t even remove the cutter! Taking it back to screw fix this week! Six weeks and only used four times

They make an attachment that slides into the two openings on the front of the foot base. The standard ones are usually short and can allow a 16" or 40cm diameter circle.
